Elaura offers premium handbags and accessories made from real Italian leather. Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, texture, grain, or stitching may occur. These natural characteristics — including small, inherent imperfections in the leather or subtle differences in craftsmanship — are normal features of genuine, handmade products and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to ensure that our product description and photos are as accurate as possible, but no two handmade pieces will be exactly the same, and colors may appear differently depending on your screen,

7. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept payments via major credit/debit cards.
  • Full payment must be received before dispatch.
  • Prices may change without notice.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery from dispatch to carrier: 1–3 business days for Greece & Cyprus; 5–7 business days for international orders.
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies where stated.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control (e.g., customs, courier delays).

9. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
