Return & Refund Policy
We appreciate your purchase and hope you love it. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order for a refund.
Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging included.
Handmade Leather Notice:
All Elaura bags are handcrafted from real Italian leather. This means that natural variations in color, grain, texture, or small marks - as well as subtle differences in stitching or finish - may occur. These characteristics are normal for genuine leather and artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects. Returns for these features will not be accepted as faulty items, however they can be accepted for refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defect or quality issue, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process:
- Contact us at support@elaurastudio.com to notify us of your return request.
- We’ll provide you with the return form and return address.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the completed return form, and ship your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received and processed promptly.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after receipt.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
Exceptions:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt using the details below to arrange a replacement of refund.
