Shipping policy

We deliver our products throughout Cyprus, Greece and other European countries using reliable services: ACS, Svelta and Cyprus Post.

Here's a quick overview of how our shipping process works:

We carefully prepare and pack your order and dispatch it to our delivery carrier within 2–3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. The link becomes active as soon as the carrier scans your package.

Once the carrier has processed the package, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Greece & Cyprus: 1–3 business days
  • Other European countries: 5–10 business days

For Cyprus based orders, delivery can be made to your address or to the ACS pick up store closest to the address provided.

Shipping cost:

  • Free on all orders to Cyprus
  • €15 flat rate on all orders to Greece
  • €25 flat rate for other European countries

International shipping, Duties and Taxes

For other international orders please get in touch with us directly for shipping costs, payment method, and delivery times, at support@elaurastudio.com.

If you’re ordering from outside the EU, your purchase may be subject to customs duties or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country based on the order value. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Pre-Orders

Some items in our store may be available as pre-orders.

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is either out of stock or not yet released. Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout, and your order will be fulfilled once the product becomes available, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled (shipped or made available), it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still request a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy for returns and refunds.
